Just an update,

I am following the diet closely and stool slowely becomes formed. I eat a good portion of veggies with every meal. Today i have another bad day because i wnet to the bathroom twice already and i feel like i want to go one more time. I believe this is because an hour before the breakfast i had one glass of water and i think that made the stool more loose.
