Thanks for all the quick responses. To answer your question yes i am taking the vitamins. It seems like today i have a better day. This morning i do not have any urgency to go to the bathroom even though i have taken the enema last night!!!.

Since i started eating vegetables, sometimes stool feels heavy. I feel it when it passes through my left colon maybe because the majority of my inflammation is there. I do not feel any pain. It is like i feel something heave passes through. Is that normal?
