Thanks prettysoulful, I will try that. I have been meaning to add some calcium to my regimen anyway. I was so busy this weekend and forgot to take my vitamins for a few days and boom - two nice pimples between my mouth and jaw. I have taken them for the last two days and actually ran out of the vitamin C and haven't bought more yet so we will see what happens in the next few days if I don't take it. I'll let you know if it helps.
