hey Sheldon,

I have been on your diet for a couple days already. The first day was awesome, two trips to the bathroom and today is the second day but it is not as good as yesterday, twice in the morning and the second time with some blood. Can you tell me if the food that i had yesterday was good?
breakfast: omelet with a lot of veggies( carrot, broccoli, potatoes, spinach, tea, meds,
lunch: brown rice, veggies and chicken.

I think that the rice was to hard for my colon. Maybe it has not adjusted to that kind of rice. Is it possible that the rice could irritate the colon?
also, can i eat all the vegetables? Is there any veggie that i should avoid?
what kind of seasoning can i use with chicken and fish?

I also have to admit that i am on vitamin e enemas for almost a week. Unfortunately i was not on the diet (don't ask me why probable because of laziness) but now i am determined to do it right.
