Hey...I have been suffering with Acne for the last year and a half, since I went off of my birth control pills. I realized that my body was so clogged up with yeast after years of being on BCP's and Antibiotics for UTI's that my organs are unable to rebalance my hormones. I have not actually started the 2 month program outlined in the book since I have to find a good two months where I will not be going on vacation but I have implemented some parts of the program such as the skin cleansing information (fantastic), vitamins and minerals, and I have done a Colon Cleanse and will start a kidney cleanse tomorrow followed by a Liver Flush in 3 days. I am also learning what to eat and what not to eat. The Colon Cleanse helped me so much and my breakouts are less and way less inflammed then before. Now I just need to get the rest of my body cleanse so my hormones can balance. I really found this book to be so helpful - I will not lie to you, it will take some effort to complete the program but I think that when I do my body will feel soooo good. Just from doing to Colon Cleanse my nails are stronger, my hair has gotten back some of it's body and shine and I am not as tired as I have been for the past couple years.
