Your post sounds very encouraging! I don't have severe acne, never more than 3 or 4 spots at a time but to me it seems like the end of the world when I have just one! (I think I develop a sort of dysmorphic image of myself, so intent on having clear skin that the slightest blemish becomes massively exaggerated in my eyes).

I've got some 1000mg MSM tablets. Do you think it's ok to go straight to 2 tablets a day or may I experience side-effects? I've read that excess MSM is disposed of so poses no risk to us, but I also read that high doses can initially cause more Acne breakouts because of its detoxing effect on the organs...?
