The only advise I can relate is mine and other experiences with the procedure.I was originally on cortico enemas.I stop using them when I started using the enema because the need to use them never occurred.Others have reduced their medications without any negative side effects.If you decide to reduce your medication, do it VERY slowly.Your colon will supply the correct answers.The healing colon is sensitive to wrong foods and can delay or possibly reverse the healing process.If you travel,the diet must be kept.
Stay at 4000IU.Higher doses will not be any more effective.I am surprised you still show blood.Are you taking all the vitamins listed and not taking any non-prescriptions?However,reducing prescriptions while going on a trip is a bad time for any change for obvious reasons.You can add different foods to your diet after your colon heals by trying one at a time.Don't forget to try different vegetables and amounts.Different colors mean different vitamins,minerals and fibers.Thanks for the update,sheldon
