Hi Sheldon,
Another positive update. My bowel movements have been reduced to 3 yesterday and today, there is still blood but consistancy is better. Do you think stress is a factor in causing flares? I'm really glad I stuck to this diet in which I credit my revived health to these last three days. Of course the specialist will say its the prednisone kicking in but we know better. Thanks for your continued time and support.
