Hey there :] Thanks for replying to my post.

I have and am trying my best to avoid dairy products completely. A year ago, I did try doing a few Liver Flushes (4 in total). I only got results in my 2nd and 3rd flush, 2nd being the most significant. My skin did improve a little, but it wasn't much to keep me motivated to continue doing flushes. I didn't flush ANYTHING out on the 4th try, which was a downer for me. But then again, I didn't follow the exact protocol as outlined. Also, I didn't take the Colonix product... so, I'll give it another shot this time around WITH the Colonix and see if that improves or helps at all. Hopefully it will... but gah, I HATEEE HATE HATE the epsom salt. Uck.

Anyway, thanks for your response!! I'm glad you received positive results from all of this!
