Hi Sheldon,
I thought expelling the enema was normal every morning.I still haven't had a movement since 9:00 am I hope I not constipated or something. I sure glad to see some positive results and a reduction of trips to the throne. I'm actually starting to like vegetables for the first time in my life. The diet is good once you stick to it. I'll keep you posted ,Eric
