Sounds good.I guess expelling of the enema in the morning bowel movement is due do a irritated colon wall which reduces its absorption ability.This also prevents the absorption of nutrients.This is the reason it is very important to take the vitamins & minerals listed in the diet information.This is the beginning of the healing process.Sheldon
