It's been quite a few months since I've checked in. Still have acne. Decided to go the birth control route of fixing it...ya it's not really working. Yes, the "I told you so's" may come. I started eating at the organic, vegan cafe at the health food store for about 2 weeks. I had good skin during that time. Highly recommend it, ESPECIALLLY for those(like me) who won't do a cleanse.
I would like to know if wheatgrass helped anyone and what people think about Dr. Hauschka products? Also, I've been having severe dry skin on my face for some reason this winter. I put pure Vit. E 32,000 IU all over my whole face. It helps but my skin almost seems to be getting immune to it. Jojoba isn't strong enough. Anybody know of anything to help this dry skin?
