well first of all, i drank a lot of water, i drank warm water with Sea Salt and lemon, and lots of plain water through the day. Didn't really modify my diet, but ate at home. I used the days first urine, midstream of course, and applied a little to the affected area, with some cotton. Left it on for about45 mins and then washed. However i collected the urine, and used the same urine over the next four days. It does smell a bit, but supposedly its more effective when its days old. Anyways all it took was like 5 days to clear up. Also i moisturized my skin after shower with olive oil. No creams. coz i heard those clog the pores.
Like i said, i had tried everything to get rid of the spots, and finally i got sick and tired, and decided to try this.
