Seldon, I have not posted the experience as I have not followed the diet completely. It(improvement) is taking longer time. My oral intake of selenium, Vit c ester, Vit e and multi vit & min are helping me. I believe the improvement depends on the severity case by case bases. Imodium has helped me. The concern is once you take enema and you need to go for bowel movement then the enema is not going to work. Enema will work if it has been retained for longer period.
