Again, from many experiences diet is the cornerstone of the procedure.Any wrong food will delay healing time.No bread,berry greens,peppermint tea.What we are trying to accomplish in the first week is a positive
base(result) from which you can later judge other foods one at a time until your colon is healed (CURED).You can juice,however,be sure to steam and eat the remains of the vegetables.The fiber they supply the large colon is essential for the growth of healing good bacteria.The vitamin E label should say 100% natural.A label just saying natural by law can contain 90% synthetic.Synthetic is worthless.Good diet.Thank you,sheldon
