I don't really get acne, the occasional zit, yes. So, I used some glycolic acid to freshen my complexion and that made me get this one tiny zit on my cheek (never again will I use that stuff). Fast forward 3 days and it's now a cyst like thing close to the size of a dime. I haven't helped matters with my constant attempts to squeeze (no more of that either). I don't want to go to a Dermatologist unless I HAVE to, they'll only give me anti-biotics or a cortizone shot. In the meantime, I am taking Wild Oregano Oil and it has gone down slightly over night.

Is there anything I can do for this, or should I bite the bullet and go to the Doc (something I am loathe to do)?
