I am pretty much in the same boat as you right now dude, Ive been cleansing for about 7 months now. Lately with the liver flushes, I have noticed acne getting worse as well, and can only attribute this to toxins being expelled more heavily. I think its kind of like releasing a plug everytime you get stones out, and things tend to settle differantly in there, sometimes for the worse. I think we have to just keep doing it like they say until no more stones come out. If your frustrated, believe me, I feel ya. I would suggest the coffee enema when you do your flushes. ITs not all that bad, it gives you a crazy high, plus it makes the whole process much more effective - which means ull get this all done faster. ALso, laying on my right side during the night seems to be the best for the flush.
