I thought a grilled chicken would be ok - must be the lettec and onion I would surmise.

I am adding other veggies as well. The soup has been a godsend, so that is about gone. Will have salmon and other veggies as well.

I got the puritan vitamins the other day - was using another brand of 'natural' vit E with Topherphls. I hope this will show some improvement.

Had a good bm - just one streak on it, so there was some improvement...There are setbacks on the road of life, I will have to deal with them as I go...
