Another set back: I had some good movements yesterday 3 all had a trace of blood, but looked really good. Then this morning, I got a red bright red one - seemed to be the last peice passed and felt like it scrapped on the way out. :-(

I had a business lunch so I had a grilled chicken sandwhich - could it have been the 2 peices of onion and lettece on it? That is the only thing I can think of.

Am I using the right Vit E? I got the puritan #460 Vit E 400IU...I see my GI on thursday, dreading the thought of having to go on predinsone...
