Yes, jump over to the Liver Flush Forum and scroll through. It wasn't that long ago. You can also google apple juice liver flush. Also, go to sensiblehealth.com and read up on the apple juice liver flush.

The Epsom Salt DOES relax the bile ducts, but I don't like to use it all the time as I feel it is harsh. I had some great flushes with the apple!
