The outer signs on the skin or a deep reflexion of your general internal helath which has been badly affected by regular chemicals that you have been taking.
There can be no universal or fool proof cure unless someone does a lot of research on you.
Who better to do it than you yourself.

One simple suggestion I can give you is to increase your water intake on a daily basis to a very large quantity than what you are taking now.
In case you are taking very little now please increase it slowly till you will reach atlest 1 glasses of 250 ml every hour on an average. you will see results positively.
You can not undo what has been done so best do what can be done now.
