Use only the foods on the diet list.Other foods can cause colon wall irritation and delay drug reduction and healing.Stay at the 10 capsule level,4000IU,until your colon is healed (CURED).
Is there improvements in bowel movements,blood,mucus and stool form now and before the procedure? These are the best indications the procedure is working and being followed correctly.Easy on the tapioca and sugar.They are there only to make the procedure easier to follow. sheldon
