Use the foods on the diet list for all your meals.The variety of soluble and insoluble fiber in the cooked vegetables and grains provide an excellent environment for the growth of good bacteria without colon wall irritation.Let your colon (stool condition and frequency) give you
the answer as to which food amounts you should use or avoid.Forget the vitamin E on the bulb wall it will do no harm.Just wash the outside of the insertion tip.
