SHould I stay away from the kefir for a bit? I am on day two - some mucus, formed stool and a couple of 'streaks'of blood, but not terrible. BM down to 1 or 2 a day.

Before this disease got me, I was regular 2 a day. The size of the BMs are down - but I am guessing that is due to eating too much prior - over doing carbs etc.

What about the Vit E mixture - seems like a lot of the Vit E is left on the walls of the enema bulb..

I will keep you posted.
