if she's been on Antibiotics for 10 years, then there's a very good chance that she has a yeast imbalance (candida). she needs to follow a candida diet, and begin incorporating foods/supplements that have good microbes in them. here's a link that should be of great help. http://www.askshelley.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=760
