Sheldon - you mentioned once that the SCD isnt good there are wrong foods on it.

What is your take on the 'grains' and the potato restrictions? Some of the SCD makes sense about the carbs 'feeding' the bad bacteria in the colon.

I was just curious on your thoughts...
