I haven't had the time to read other previous responses, but have you tried megadoses of B vitamins? I'm talking about 100 mg's of each per day.
Also, adding Acidophilus to your diet will really help.
You can cleanse all you want, but if you are deficient in nutrients the cleansing will probably not do as much as it should.

I sincerely hope you're doing better!
