I was wondering how you were doing after this time...I am going to really work at this, I want to get better, so why not sacrifice a little - food? Not a big deal. I have lost weight since this flare - abotu 7lbs, but I was over weight a bit, and now, not eating enough!

I started the diet and first vitamin E enema last night- good stool result instantly today! But I will follow the procedure as long as it takes.
