Hi,
Might I suggest reading "Metabolic Typing Diet" by William Wolcott. This book tells how one person with a illness can eat something and begin to get well. Another person with the same symptoms of the illness from the first person can eat the same food or nutrient and get worse. Good Luck on getting your marbles back!
