It didn't for me when I had acne. I used it for 3 months liberally and nothing happened.

What's really necessary is to get the toxins out of your body. If toxins are in your body - toxins slow you down (decreases your body's performance); to get rid of the problems those toxins must get out.

There is no such thing as a quick fix. Because a repair is different than a fix.

Read about Acne on this website, and organ cleansing.

You would not not put worn tires on a car, and you would not put a finger bandaid on stab wound because they are both ineffective.

I haven't put anything on my skin for the past 2 months because I'm sick of buying shit for it. Just like my bandaid comparison, topical isn't as effective as internal, but that also depends on the problem, becuase you need to cover a stab and stop the bleeding so it won't get hurt more.

So this means that internal is more important. The inside reflects the outside, but people too often believe the outside physical is the sole cause because that's what they deal with on a daily basis. There are many factors involved. Will you choose to learn and act on it? or will you choose to reject the knowledge of what's really happening and accept a mask?
