Actually im not much of a meat eater. If I do eat meat, it might be once in awhile, but only chicken. I stay away from all beef. However, i eat a hell of alot of wheat and grain. I crave it at night a lot. Craving anything sucks, and im hope once i start Liver Flushing more, the cravings will cease. Right now im eating some raisin bran cereal. Are all cereal bad for us? As a kid, I would eat endless amounts of cereal. its probably what gave me this horrible complexion nowadays. i tried booking an appointment to a naturopath, first visit is 125 dollars!!! That is bananas!!! Im going to start saving, so that damn doctor better be worth it.
