some things i would suggest. keep cleansing your liver and get colonics- don't stop this (look at Andreas forum for his book on liver cleansing). also- i read earlier about some one getting a small spray bottle- mixing 2% hydrogen peroxide with water and spraying it in the nose, this person does this. it cleans out your nose supposedly. also- take some hydrochloric acid tabs with your meals- you may need this badly for now until your digestion improves. this helped me a lot. and eat coconut oil to help with possible fungus. and finally- look into doing the oil swish in the mouth. Andreas recommends swishing for 3-4 minutes only.....i am new to this and really like it.
