I always seem to get Acne worst on the back and side of my neck, when i breakout these days. I came to the conclusion that it might be due to dirt/grease build up on my pillow, so decided to change my pillows and bedding every couple or days or so. This seemed to make a difference but I got lazy again and stopped changing the bedding so often and got spots on the neck again.

It may be coincidence but its worth testing out.
