I do eat some grains. When I do - they are soaked/sprouted.
The only time I eat grains though is when we are out of every other filling thing, like sweet potatoes, squash, figs, etc
As for being underweight - I'm not. I'm 130 and 5'9". I said 5'10" some time ago, but I jus checked again, and I measured the wrong spot.
Anyways, I am not underweight because I am fleshy. I don't look anything like a skinny person. I have fat stored on my body. I believe mirrors are better for determining weight than a scale anyway.
why? because a scale can 'lie'... the body can't. If you're trying to lose weight, keep track in the mirror when you're naked, it's more accurate because you get to see the results instead of a stupid number. You get to see what needs more work and where. Same thing with gaining weight. I'm not skinny guy ripped, I'm meaty ripped, but not body builder ripped - that looks nasty - too rough and disgusting.
That said: I know I'm not underweight because I don't look underweight at all. And the only things that can determine over or underweight is you, your emotions, and actions from those emotions. Sometimes it's easier if someone else does because they may have been through that problem before and succeeded.
E-motion = energy in motion.
