Weve been through all of this before...lol...you just dont remember because my username is numbers..But no I have not done any colonics just p and b shakes. I am currently doing the paragone program in conjuction with colosan..Im only halfway done with paragone so I cant say right now what effect its had on my acne..According to the blood test, this is where the problem lies.
Ive heard some people on here say that colonics cleared them and ive heard others say it didnt do a thing. Everyones system is just so different.I guess their really is no one right way to bowel cleanse...It just takes experimenting. ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
