Exactly!! Acne seems to be triggered by different factors in different people - for some its the contipation, or congestion. But for me I have never had constipation in my life, but still had acne. I also did 5 liver flushes, but didnt see improvements, and the last 2 flushes, hardly any stones came out. So for me, the liver was not the issue. Like I said, only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches. Everyone is different and who knows what one has eaten over a lifespan and it all comes together and manifests itself in a variety of ways. Plus emotions and surroundings also play a vital part. Good health is an intriguing field - and I am still learning!
