Do you feel like you walk a tight rope when it comes to staying clear of all the ailments you cleared through cleansing? I mean if you eat one bad meal of crappy food or Sugar etc do you see slight symptoms returning? How much does it take for your symtoms to return?
just curious as I continue with my own cleansings..
