Hi everyone,

I think that flushing is all well and good -- as I mentioned in my first post, I am probably going to try it this summer.. But the tea is a really great approach if you have a very hectic lifestyle, as I do right now. I don't feel psychologically or physically prepared to do a flush at this point -- too many deadlines to meet, too COLD outside, etc. I am not looking for RAPID or aggressive detox right now. If you read about it you will see that the tea itself is a liver and blood cleanser.

My point is that those of you who don't feel that a flush is right for you AT THIS MOMENT may want to consider the tea. The results I am getting are remarkable. My skin is doing great -- no new pimples. My eyes and eyewhites look clearer and brighter, and my energy level is up. I've been taking it for about two weeks.

Regarding what other approaches I've tried for my skin -- I have tried all kinds of vitamins and supplements, including B5, flax seed oil, cod liver oil, etc.. I've experimented with vegetarianism AND with a low-carb protein based diet.. I've tried a million different brands of topical cleansers and medications, and I've experimented with NOT washing my face to see if my skin could regain its balance on its own.

I tend to have dry (but oily!!), sensitive skin, and I don't usually get pimples on my cheeks.. just the forehead/T-zone/temples and chin area.

Hope this helps.
