As a new member of this site, I must admit that I did find it discouraging to read that there are so few documentations of cures.

Candida is my concern, not acne, but I was drawn to this thread by the link from the Curezone newsletter. I was interested in the comment, too, that people do not research. My research on candida has informed me to keep well away from fruit and sweet potatoes, so I can't understand how they can be incorporated into this diet.

I would be interested in an exact list of what you can eat. The way I see things at the moment is that my anti-candida diet is heading towards being very high in meat, because it seems there is so lttle else that I can eat.
