Please send me the following information before I answer your questions.List the vegetables you are eating.Are you using a vegetable peeler to remove the outer skin layer?Are you cooking the vegetables to soft.Are you using brown rice?Drinking enough water.Sticking only with foods listed on the diet instructions.How large are your vegetable portions? Do you have ulcerative colitis or IBS?
