Sardines are good but don't eat the oil that comes in the can unless it's olive oil.If they come in tomato sauce,rinse the sauce off with water.
Avocados are a very good fruit,however, no fruit.After your colon heals(CURED),you can try it.Filtered water and soy milk are OK.If you don't follow the diet list very closely,the procedure will not be effective.Thank you for the post.
