I have a serious skin disorder on my calves and thighs called lichen planus. I am an exceptionally healthy human being having been a vegetarian for 20 years, then a vegan for 6 years and now, for the past 9 months, I have been living on a raw food diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and seeds. My health has been in nearly peak performance since I’ve gone raw. So I’m confused as to why I’m suffering from this plague. Also, I had my blood work taken last week and my white blood cell count was down. On a reference range of 4.0 to 11.0, I was a 3.6. That’s just below normal. I’m not sure if that means I have a virus in my blood and if so, how do I get rid of it? I would appreciate it so much if you could help me or direct me to someone you think might be able to help me? Thank you so much.
