Thanks for answering my post above.
May I ask how free you are now to eat the occassional bad/junk food without reaction? Do you have to cleanse your colon after every bad thing you eat? When you cleanse your colon do you have to do herbs and the colonics/enemas? How often do you flush your liver now?

What herbs do you recommend to cleanse the colon?
Do you recommend the oxy stuff or pb shakes?

Sorry so many questions I just feel like you have packed in a lot of wisdom whilst clearing your skin.
