Yes I noticed it was old after I finished my response so I just posted it.

As I said you are doing very good, I am glad that you found Mercola to be helpful for you. He is constantly bringing new content so it's easier to just get the newsletter to get a snap shot of the new info every week to see if you need to visit.

I agree, too bad so many people could care less until they are on thier death bed!
