To everyone who responded - words cannot begin to express my gratitude. I know I have a long journey ahead of me here, but I will definitely continue to post to update you on my progress with all of your suggestions.

There's a lot of info to research, but I will work to create a regimen that I can use in my every day life.

Again, thanks so much taking the time to provide me with your suggestions. I am going to look into all of them this week. All of these supplements are probably going to be expensive, but when it's one's health at stake, there isn't much of a choice.
