There are a number of things that can contribute to acne. It is most likely a combination of diet, toxins in your body, toxins in your home and genetics. I have had troubles with my skin my entire life and have finally found something that works for me. It may or may not work for you too.....but maybe worth a try? If you email me, I will send you some info about what I have done and what products and techniques I am using....it does not involve anything drastic, but made a world of difference for me.
