Thanks Jamie. I'll need more than luck though, I'll need sobriety and discipline. I have dealt with Acne for so long that I think I've just become a little numb to the whole thing. There's things I need to do and I can't let this horrible affliction stop me from enjoying my entire life. It consumes and disrupts much of my life as it is. But, I manage to at least enjoy things from time to time and take a holiday from my problems. I've read about alot of treatments here in these forums and so far I don't think anyone has mentioned the benefits of sunshine (natural vitamin D...I think). I hope it's not because none of us are standing out there feeling those wonderful warm rays on our faces. Admittedly, I like dark places, rarely sit in the sun when I'm with people and my curtains are usually closed. Everytime I come back from tropical vacations, my skin looks very healthy and I attribute it mostly to the sun. I am certain there is a connection there. I appreciate any comments back from anyone...good or bad. Cheers.
