you guys- i have to tell you. i have done all the flushes, cleanses etc. they have helped but one thing that really brought everything together was taking Goji juice- just two ounces a day. i love it! it helped A LOT with acne- people have noticed.
also- helped majorly with food allergies , energy, sleep and mood.
