Hi,
You touched on something here that I fear the most. I have struggled with constipation for quite some time. I have cystic Acne and I know that Liver Flushing could help...BUT...I am so afraid of making it worse. I though about doing the 7-day Oxypowder Cleanse with a Liver Flush on day 4 so there is no chance of the toxins remaining in my body. I also planed a colonic for the next day. Is this overkill? Especially with cystic acne, because it can be so disfiguring, I am afraid of making it worse. Also, is it absolutely necessary to take the Chinese herbal stone softeners or can I just use Malic Acid? I know my Acne can be cured; I just haven't had the nerve to do it. My Acne improved 75% just with colonics, now I just want to address my oily skin and the occasional cyst I still get.
