Detoxing from yeast isn't easy! Read about Candida on this forum. You need to get a book or two on it as well. The best way to realy get rid of it is to see a Holistic MD. They are the best. Other regular MD's don't see yeast a a major problem, but it certainly is. I am on Nystatin an anti fingal medicane. I take probotics, acidophilus, candistat, vitamins. I don't eat anything (and this is not for life) that has sugar, fermented things such as vinegar, beer, soy sauce, diary products.
